Prompt Logic and HELP keys guide you as you calculate. Unique HELP key provides instant descriptions and instructions for using functions, displays and prints informative messages.
30 functions — Prompt Logic helps you use them. Loan Wizard quickly and easily calculates payments for you. The PL8000 also offers 2 independent tax keys, cost/sell/margin calculations, memory calculations, mixed calculations as well as currency, time, payroll and many other functions.
Holds up to 14 numbers and letters in the memory.
Prints 8 lines per second (lps). Easy-to-read display shows 14 characters on 1 line. Text and Reprint keys allow instant duplications and text messages. Reprint up to the last 25 transactions at the push of a key.
2-color display — green for positive, red for negative. Positive numbers are viewed in green while negative numbers are seen in red. Help messages are also read right on the screen. All numbers and messages are printed in black ink.
Item counter keeps track of the number of items.
Uses 2 1/4″ wide paper (sold separately).
Runs on 1 CR-2025 lithium battery (included). The PL8000 also runs on an AC adapter (included).
